HOOD BY AIR 'MORPH' x SCION A/V x A$AP ROCKY

We cover a lot of formal attire here at F&M but don't get it twisted, we have mad love for a few street wear brands out there too. Sometimes you gotta let your hair down and throw on a tee.  While we are picky about about the street wear brands we will rock with, Hood By Air is definitely one of those brands. So when we got the invite to come check out the pop up shop right in our backyard of Melrose Blvd., we were in there. 

On Saturday May 18th Shayne Olivier of Hood By Air joined Scion in celebrating the opening of the New York luxury street wear brands first Los Angeles pop up. HOOD BY AIR and SCION A/V opened the doors to "MORPH", a conceptual retail pop up in Los Angeles, on Saturday evening and revealed the exclusive inventory of limited edition products that will retail within the Scion sponsored retail space for the coming month.

Long time supporter of the brand A$AP Rocky arrived early to the space to pose with fans and congratulate his friend on the new retail space.

Sometimes the details you think about the least - are the ones that mean the most. For instance, you kn ow what you are packing in your bag for your weekend trip - but what about what you are putting all that stuff IN? People see that just as much as they see what clothes you are bringing. Just as important. Enter -  WANT Les Essentials de la Vie. 

Want started as an agency that helped introduce brands at the cusp like Acne, Nudie Jeans, Filippa K and Maison Kitsuné to the North American market. Then witht he help of the creative director of J. Crew, went from a few novelty iPhone cases to full scale luxury luggage and accessories brand WANT Les Essentials de la Vie. 

I will spare you the rest of the long winded details of the up-and-pretty-much-here French label and advise you that there is currently an extremely legit pop-up shop taking place in Hollywood, CA at The Standard Hotel and if you want to get your mits on this very rare merchandise I suggest you make moves down there as it is only in existence until the end of the month.
